A bit about Angela L

I'm currently a third-year veterinary medicine student at the Royal Veterinary College. I have been helping students of various levels in biology, maths and reasoning. Teaching students and sharing my techniques have been a joy when tutoring as I found students enjoyed the subject a lot more. I hope to help students of different abilities achieve their goals using more fun and easy ways. I believe understanding concepts of different topics is much more important than remembering everything. Past papers are the best tools for students to build up their knowledge and master examination techniques. Awarded with top grades in biology, chemistry and mathematics in my A-levels, I would love to help students to achieve their goals in these subjects. I have experience in tutoring students from Grade 7 to GCSE level for biology and maths. Preparing students for entrance examinations, interviews and personal statements are also my expertise. 45-60 minutes lessons are preferred as I found students easily lose focus and get tired from long periods of concentration. I love playing tennis and trying out different sports during my free time! It is important to get outside from time to time to refresh your mind. 'Work hard, Play hard' is one of the best sayings. It is much better to spend your time studying effectively and have fun whilst you can! I will try to teach student studying techniques that help them learn quick with less effort :)
