A bit about Amna

2nd year Chemical Engineering student studying in London. I have received A*AA in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry at A level and I am happy to teach Maths and Science to Students. My previous experience as a tutor has allowed me to hone my teaching and communication skills; and consequently helped me aid the learning of younger pupils effectively. The sessions: Studying for exams can be hard and stressful for any level of student, my aim is to help you with my unique teaching methods to allow you to grasp difficult concepts quickly. I believe learning should be fun and exciting, I will make my sessions as interesting as possible with the use of diagrams and sharing some of my quirky analogies I used while revising which I'm sure you won't forget. Exam practice is key to achieve the highest grades possible; understanding what examiners expect and what each question is asking you to do, will eventually build up your confidence in tackling those hard and long exam question worth several marks. By going through various different exam questions you will eventually feel more calm under exam pressure and be able to gain all the marks by understanding the key points. If by the end of any tutorial you are still struggling on aspects we covered, I will be more than happy to provide extra resources which you can access in your own time to help iron out any problems. I am currently working towards a Chemical Engineering degree, having achieved A*AA at A level. I have been working as a tutor for over 2 years now and I believe academia plays a huge role in my life and I aim to make it accessible to everyone!
